Stop Itch Horse Protector provides relief for horses from aggressive parasitic insects. A healthy horse is a happy horse.
Parasitic insects such as lice, mites, fleas, flies & mosquitoes are a common yet serious problem for horses. These insects feed off of horses causing discomfort and potentially spreading disease. Further, the discomfort caused by these insects can affect the demeanor of your horses making them irritable and more difficult to work with. The diseases these insects carry may also affect the long term health of your horses and reduce their lifespan. Stop Itch Horse Protector is perfect for keeping parasitic insects off of your horses.
Stop Itch Horse Protector contains natural enzymes and organic plant oils which are known to naturally repel flying insects such as horse flies, mosquitoes and gnats, which can carry diseases and cause discomfort to horses.
ALL of our products are made with natural enzymes and plant oils without the use of ANY harsh chemicals. Further, when used as directed, they are completely child & animal safe.

Hose Pack: Simply click on to your hose and spray over wet animal. Allow to air dry. Can be refilled with the refill pack.
Refill Bottle: makes 30 liters of finished product or can be used to refill the hose pack.
Dilute Stop Itch Horse Protector at the rate specified on the bottle for the level of insect activity present. Apply to the horse via a pump sprayer or gently rub down over the entire body with a cloth or sponge. No rinsing is necessary.
For best results apply weekly, after normal washings or heavy rain.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from Carefree Enzymes Australia. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. Our returns policy has been constructed to comply with the relevant consumer rights and retailer obligations as set out under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
WHEN TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from Carefree Enzymes Australia when an item purchased fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), i.e. the product:
- Is faulty or of unacceptable quality
- Does not match the description or sample
- Is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do)
- Is not delivered in a reasonable time frame
- And proof or purchase must be provided
This also includes non-compliance with any applicable warranties or guarantees as set out by the manufacturer.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, which can be in the form of your receipt/tax invoice, a debit/credit card statement or online purchase transaction history.
Carefree Enzymes Australia will also, as an act of good will, accept return items if you have changed your mind. In this instance, the product must:
- Be returned within 28 days of purchase
- Be in a re-saleable condition (original condition) in the original packaging
The unwanted product must be returned to us either via post or in person. Careefree Enzymes Australia treats all ‘change of mind' transactions as a refund; you are then able to place another order in your own time for a replacement product from our online store. If you wish to exchange your change of mind item it must be directly returned at an event where we have a phyical presence.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE?
Items purchased from our online store can be returned via post to our Online Warehouse.
If you would like to post the item back to our Online Warehouse, please contact our Carefree Enzymes Australia customer service team to assist with organising the best method of shipping for your return or exchange, on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include your name, phone number, the name of the product in question and your reason for return (e.g. faulty item, change of mind etc).
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN OF MY PRODUCT?
Careefree Enzymes Australia will cover any associated delivery charges for the return of any products which fail to meet the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law (see ‘When to return a product' above), provided they are returned to us using the recommended shipping method (as discussed with a Carefree Enzymes Australia customer service team member). Any return delivery charges will be added to your refund amount once processed. We will also refund the cost of the original delivery and pay for the delivery of any replacement item.
For any ‘change of mind' returns, it is your responsibility to cover all delivery charges incurred. A copy of your tax invoice (or relevant proof of purchase) is to be included in the delivery (please keep the original for your own reference), and the refund will be processed using your original method of payment.
Delivery charges will not be refunded on orders returned to us due to being uncollected or refused at the time of delivery.
Please ensure your item is packed securely to protect it from any damage in transit and be sure to retain your shipping information for tracking purposes, to ensure the package arrives safely at our warehouse. Careefree Enzymes Australia cannot be responsible for any items damaged or lost during return transit.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed after your item arrives at our Online Warehouse.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IN PERSON?
Online purchases can also be returned in person at any function or event we have a physical presence at. Please contact our customer service team on email@example.com to organise this. A copy of your proof of purchase is required to complete the transaction. Please note any ‘change of mind' returns or exchanges will be processed at the discretion of the customer service department, which may choose to either offer a refund or exchange your item.

Carefree Enzymes Australia make deliveries in both Australia & New Zealand.
Deliveries are not available to PO boxes. All deliveries must be to physical addresses.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend..
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at email@example.com
International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL):
This service is available with any home delivery orders. An address must first be considered accessible and safe by the courier. If it is, they will then leave it in a safe place.
When you select Authority to Leave as an option at checkout, you accept full responsibility and Carefree Enzymes Australia cannot be held liable if your order goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS
- Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $250
- Orders under $250 are sent at a standard postage as calculated at checkout
ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
- Delivery costs vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel and the delivery method chosen. Careefree Enzymes Australia uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.
- If an international order is entitled to a GST refund. This will occur after payment and before the order has been posted.
- You must pay the Order Amount by credit card or Direct Deposit at the time of submitting the Order. Careefree Enzymes Australia accepts Visa or Mastercard.
- Free postage over $250 is for parcels sent to an Australian address only.
- Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Carefree Enzymes Australia is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel
